How to Add Drop Caps in WordPress Posts

There are some sites out there that have drop caps for their articles. This can require fancy styling or a simple plugin. In this video, we will show you how to add drop caps in WordPress posts.

Start by installing and activating the Simple Drop Cap plugin.

Go to Settings, Simple Drop Cap to configure the settings how you would like it.

You have a few display modes to choose from for how the letter is set or you can add custom CSS.

You can also choose the color as well as if you should apply it to all of your posts automatically.

If you want to apply it to only some posts you can use the shortcode to apply it to the letter you want it on.
