How to Add Security Questions to WordPress Login Screen

Most financial institutions and companies ask you questions about your identity to verify it before allowing you to log in. This could be a helpful addition in terms of security for your site. In this video we will show you how to add security questions to your WordPress login.

For this video we are recommending you take a look at the WP Security Question plugin:

Once activated you need to visit Settings, Security Questions to configure the plugin settings.

There will be a list of pre generated questions that you can use or remove them, you can even add your own security questions.

With the questions that you want to use listed you will then be able to check the boxes below for when you want to ask the security questions and save your settings.

For adding answers to your questions you would go under Users, Your profile and answer your security question there.

If you do not set a security question you will be able to log in using just your username and password.
