We used WR Mega Menu plugin, which is free and can be downloaded here:

Once installed, you’ll find the plugin in the default WordPress main panel. Then just press on Add New for creating a new Mega Menu (using your existing menu) and choose a name (it will not be seen by the customers).

!Important! The plugin will use your existing Menu, which means you must already have a Menu for your theme and only then modify it using WR MegaMenu plugin.

Create an Images Menu

The first part of the video will show you how to create a Menu with images starting with min 00:34

In order to change the Menu’s colors, use the Styling button. Also, from the same place, you can select:

– Menu layout: Vertical or Horizontal

– Display Mode: Text Only, Icon Only or both at the same time

– Fonts

Create a SubMenu
In the second part, we’ll show you how to create a Sub-Menu starting with min 02:16

If you want to add icons to your Menus like in our video, you can do that from Appearance – Menus. Here you can choose an icon for each menu or sub-menu. If you want to do more with this plugin, you have a Custom CSS section where you can add your own code.
