To add 301 redirects, all you need to do is edit the .htaccess file for your old site and include the following code:

#Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ [R=301,L]

Just make sure to replace with the actual link to your new domain name.
